Definitely cut out dairy. That makes it much worse. A lot of people with hidden gluten intolerance or celiac disease have ulcers as a symptom. That was the case with me. Bread could be making it worse if that's your problem. Pepto bismol is a big help because it helps with the symptoms and also helps heal it. Apples are pretty easy on your stomach. Most fruits are too. As as many plain vegetables. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Question About Divorce and Moving Out-Of-State?

I was just trying to seek some information, I guess more legal than anything. I have been married for eight years. I worked until our second child was born due to a chronic health condition. We have moved so many times to different states and our children have really never been stable (ages 6 and 4). My husband then moved us into his parents house and we have been here for over one year. This is the third time in four years by the way. I became injured six months ago and still am unable to work. My husband has not had constant employment in over a year and his parents live like slobs and I am their maid (not so much now cause of the condition). His parents are extremely rude to me and have been rude to my family. His mother has told our six year old that she doesn't like me and that no one in the family does. There is no real reason for this. I went back to college for a BA in Healthcare Mgmt and have been for three years. His mother is irresponsible and my husband has taken on all 0f their irresponsible negative behavior. My husband has never stuck up for me or his children (even when his mom wouldn't clean up our child while in presence after slipping in dog pee). We live in FL and my husband has been laid off for months now. He left jobs making $40,000 to make 8.50 an hour (told because he wanted to try it). I have family in Upstate, NY and they want me to go up there with the girls. My children and I all sleep on a king size bed on the floor in one room currently and they have their own room at my family's house. My question is whould it be legal (if my husband kew about it) to take the girls out of this state to my family's house? My husband has only made $11,000 a year and his mom has caused my children and I too much stress. Not to mention that my injury is from slipping in dog pee on her floor and they pay nothing for my medical bills. They get their son and my children and I get all of their problems and crap. When my husband and I found out we were pregnant we had to make the same decision. The best way to handle it is to first see if it is financially feasible for you to be a stay at home mom. Take all of your expenses, household bills, travel costs, grocery bill, baby expenses, entertainment expenses, etc and add them up. Then take your husbands income and see if it would cover your expenses. You might need to make some sacrifices like not going out to eat for a while or not buying new clothes but if you can cover the necessities and you really want to be a stay at home mom then the sacrifices are no big deal. I am able to be a stay at home mom and I love it. But remember that being a SAH mom is not for everyone. Some moms function better when they are working, even if only part time. You should not feel guilty if you want or need to go back to work after your maternity leave ends. My mother went back to work and put me in daycare and I turned out fine. If you are worried about daycare maybe you could talk to family and see if you can work something out for them to watch the baby while you are at work. 2005 Scion Tc battery problems?

so ive had my scion for about a month and a half now. i just went to the car wash on wed. and as soon as i went to get back in to start the car it was hessitant but it did start. Problems with Sky box?

I've had about 4 new Sky boxes (not Sky+) in the past 2 years. It seems after the 6 month automatic cover period (insurancey-thing) is up with them, these boxes start to play up and I have to pay out �65 every 6 months to get a replacement. Why is this? Need Help Abusive Environment?

I need advice on how to deal with my life. I am a straight A, award winning athlete, and am attending Michigan State University in the fall, and have an IQ of 136. I don't do drugs or drink and have received awards from the community and never been in legal trouble. Not even five minutes ago I just listened to my parents tell me all the reasons why I am going to fail at life and end up in prison. They said I wouldn't have gotten into college if it wasn't for my dad (he happens to be a State Representative). I got into every single in and out of state college I applied to with a total of about $20,000 in various scholarships. They also say they've only seen me in the newspaper twice for my athletic accomplishments so apparently im a mediocre athlete. I have basically been the family punching bag. Im the oldest in the family both my parents hold advanced degrees. All they do is cheapen everything ive accomplished and say I have an explosive temper and its gonna get me trouble and im gonna shoot up MSU eventually. The reason they believe this is because I raise my voice when Im angry. I dont scream or throw a tantrum. I am very much in control, and believe it is a better to express my feelings this way then do what my family claims is the healthy thing to do which essentially is bottling up your emotions. This is what they do and as a result I have been hit in the head with a guitar, broom, punched in the face, stomach and everywhere else numerous times. And im lucky I know Krav Maga (form of self defense) because once my lil brother came at me with a kitchen knife. Now what I did to piss him off was pick up his guitar to borrow it because I thought there was possibly something wrong with mine or my amp. Now they constantly get off on what my brother has done: skipped a grade (I had an option but didnt want to), and scored a 30 on the ACT. These are the only two things he has done that didn't (again had the option but declined and best I could muster on the ACT was a mere 25 but a 1950 on the SAT). My parents take no interest in my life I virtually have been raising myself (I think I did a good job also am very social which is a surprise to me because normally in situations like this I would be pretty anti social) while my brother has been coddled all his life. I keep trying to tell myself boy are they gonna be sorry when I make it and he can't stand on his own because of how easy hes had it. I am scared of very few things (plan on climbing Everest (yes im serious love mountains), travel the world, spend time researching in the Artic Circle while working on my bachelor degree) but as a result of the treatment I have received I have noticed I am absolutely terrified of failure. Now they always respond to me I have it easy all my needs and most wants are met but still I can't seem to get them to realize this doesnt equal good parenting but honestly if it wasn't for some of my things I may have killed myself. Now I have never or plan to attempt it I am strictly stating from a hypothetical standpoint that if it wasn't for some things and my amazing friends things may have been very grim for me. Now I realize I will probably never have them treat me like I want them to. I realize this fall when I move out things will probably be better so I just need to survive until then. Also my some friends at school who don't really know my situation keep telling how great I have it. Now my question is would what im describing constitute abuse? Can you still be abused if you get most things you ask for eventually? My parents don't drink and are very well known members of my community this honestly makes me physically ill they put on this front in front of other people and it is just disgusting. The one thing I am happy about though is that through all this I feel I have come out emotionally healthy. I feel l could have become either excessively needy or emotionally closed off but I feel even though I do have some issues with those two problems I am dealing with them and found a decent balance. But what upsets me the most is I want what my brother has more than anything and I realize im prolly not gonna get it, and either consciously or not I am constantly searching for where I went wrong. I think I just need to get out.

I do not like them. They stay in my ears fine, but I get the same feeling as when you're on an airplane before your ears pop or when you have a really bad cold with fluid in the ears. I feel like there's pressure in there and I REALLY hate it that I can hear all my own breathing and swallowing. To me, that was more bothersome than any outside noises that might make it in. They transferred her to different grades, and now she just sits in an office at one of the schools and checks attendance and stuff because she can't be safely left in charge of a cl. I have been near-sighted and wearing gles since I was 11 yrs. old. I am now 34 yrs. old and having problems with my eyes. I went to a specialist a few years ago and he said that I may be developing glaucoma ot maybe I was just born with that pressure in my eyes. I never went back to have them checked again. Over the past couple of years I seem to have a difficulty driving at night, like night blindness. And two times, over the past few months, I have experienced seeing bright spots in the form of an arc. It prevents me from reading or seeing the majority of my face in the mirror. And today it blocked my peripheral vision, on my left side. I'm thankful that these temporary blind moments only last but about 15-20 minutes. I'm only wondering if this has to do with glaucoma, am I at a later stage or is it still curable? Is this something that can be fixed with surgery?

Heya, last night at 5am suddenly loads of noise started upstairs, they randomly put on 1 song really loudly, then after that I heard someone, who must be the size of an elephant, jumping up and down and walking around thudding their feet, it was so loud my ceiling was creaking. Do I have Dry Socket?

I got my wisdom tooth taken out Friday morning. It was already grown out almost all the way and was not that bad to remove and no stitches. So, I drank through a few straws on Saturday and Monday. Building an Integrated hovercraft, Need fan help!?

Okay so here in my section of North Carolina we have to do a senior research project in order to graduate and i have chosen building a full fledged racing hovercraft ( I aspire to being an aeronautical engineer ). My hull material is made of rigid foam insulation board covered in fibergl. And since I'm on a tight budget I'm using heavy duty poncho and vinyl shower curtain for my skirt. I am using a 1972 Suzuki t-500 dual carb two stroke motorcycle engine that has 47hp @ 7,000rpm. My biggest question is on the fan. Obviously a hason wing fan would be ideal but $200 dollars is a little bit out of my price range so I'm looking for alternatives. It needs to be some sort of composite material so that if it flies apart at 7,000 rpm's it wont slaughter me (hopefully) and it needs to be cheap and easy to find. What I've been considering lately is a radiator fan from a tractor trailer. It needs to be 36 inches (at least), so I'm wondering how large an 18-wheeler's radiator fan is?

Here in recent years...besides having some really great Ideas, Marvel comics has also came up with two Comic book Ideas which were quite possibly the worst things EVER done, in ANY comic book , since the dawn of man! The latest is the "Frankencastle" story line. For those unfamiliar...The Punisher had recently made a really big comeback in Marvel Comics. While for many years he had been on the outskirts of Marvel Comics....First starting with their seminal and groundbreaking crossover series CIVIL WAR...Marvel decided to bring him back into the center of the Marvel Universe...having him hunt down various Super Criminals while the good guys were busy fighting each other. Also he started gathering up a sophisticated arsenal of stolen super weapons...from Goblin Gliders to once wielding a Baron Strucker version Satan's Claw to punch out The Rhino! It was great!....THEN....here recently....Frank Castle (the Punisher) was killed....and brought back to life as a Frankenstein's Monster. No I am not using an allusion....he was LITERALY brought back as a Frankenstein......BY A BUNCH OF SEWER DWELLING MONSTERS!!! Including Vampires (pseudo-vampire technically, but whatever) a Mummy!...Yeah..a freakin' MUMMY! and a Fish Man a la "Creature From The Black Lagoon".....Dear Lord...its as if a five year old started writing the book!!! Its just ridiculous, and insulting to the intelligence of the readers. OK well I covered that one....there is only IMHO one other storyline that comes close to the idiocy of "Frankencaslte"...the only difference is that this one actually affected the ENTIRE Marvel Universe! So if we are talking just about raw scale here...then there is no contest...the Punisher storyline only really affects one character..while "BRAND NEW DAY" changed EVERYTHING. OK, a quick recap of that one...Spider-man had gone through some changes through the years...some I was happy about...others I didn't like at first, but they grew on me with time. No longer was the the awkward teen with a crappy job and an obsession with the unattainable Mary Jane Watson. Now he was an Awkward MAN...with a decent job teaching school kids!!! AND he was married to Mary Jane! The character had evolved...and many of his long time fans, and grown up, and evolved with him. There was some minor power changes too...He was a bit stronger....a bit faster at healing...his Spider sense was a bit keener...nothing major, we ain't talking 'bout his powers doubling or anything....He just got a bit better all around. The only major differences was that he produced natural webs instead of needing web shooters (this was the only one I didn't like...personally I always imagined that a real spider/human would shoot webs out of their , instead of their hands....doesn't make sense...but oh well, I got used to it. Oh and he got some little spider claw things that popped out, but only rarely. Usually only when he was fighting a supernatural type guy, for some reason. Yeah that was stupid too...but it was a minor kind of stupid....the thing us fans can get used to pretty easily. THEN... there came the story line to retcon every thing.....BRAND NEW DAY. In this story line Spider-man's 300 year old aunt may (I dunno how old she was...but come on...she was up there) got injured and was going to die. SO marvels version of Satan (Mephisto) made a deal with Peter Parker, and his Wife....their Relationship would have never existed. Done....literally erased out of history. And for that he got the chance to save his aunt...who honestly would probably be kicking the bucket within a few years anyway. Yeah...it was a RETARDED thing for Peter to do, no matter how much he loved his aunt. The REALLY retarded thing though, was the results of this deal...which for some reasons the writers decided that it making Peter and Mary Jane, not get together....also meant that 10 years of Spider-mans history (which was completely wrapped up in the entirety of the Marvel Universe) would have to be re-written in a way that made absolutely no sense. For some reason now Spider-man was back to having a crappy job....lost all of his power upgrades.....no longer (Oh sorry I forgot to mention this..I will get to this in a second) had his Identity known to the world.....and basically became the loser he was about 10 years ago (although he did not physically get younger...he just acted it IMHO) Let me briefly explain the whole "identity" thing, that I forgot to explain earlier. I ask because after getting out of my long term relationship I ended up tagging along with one of my friends who was fairly smooth in the ladies. Help Baby bird wont leave my doorstep!!!!?

Ok, Sunday morning I wake up and there is this baby bird. Now I'm not 100% sure what kind of bird he is all I know is that he's mostly black but the wings are starting to turn a dark blue. Anyway we live on the 3rd floor of an apartment bldg when I went to open the door it was just standing there looking at me, I started to walk towards it so that we could leave and he took off and went about 3 ft down the steps. I saw a bigger bird that was resting on the ledge near it so my first thought was "this is just a baby bird learning to fly." That was until we came back that evening and he was still there! So finally I decided to just let it go and no stress about it. So he finally left on Sunday night and stayed gone until yesterday (wed) when I got home from work he was once again just standing at the door!!!!! After being inside for a few hours he began to flop his wings up against the door making scratching sounds like a dog or cat wanting to be let back into the house. This morning when i leave for work sure enough he is sitting right there. I wouldn't care as much if he wasn't right in front of my door I don't want someone to forget he is right there and fling the door open and have him fly inside my house! I have searched online and the only thing I can find is putting up spikes or big sound deterrents that I can't use because this is not my own property. Help with Busch Gardens?

So, I went to Busch Gardens (Florida) a couple months ago and I purchased the ticket just to go one day. Then while at the park, my friends uncle upgraded my ticket so I could get the annual p and go back whenever I wanted. My problem is, my friend's mom has the tickets and she's in Tennessee and won't be back until next week. It's too late to next day mail it because i'm going Sunday. Could I get a hold of the Busch Gardens staff and get my ticket information and be able to go? I really don't want to have to purchase another 60 dollar ticket! Thanks!! :)

How to introduce new dog?

i have a 5 year old male presa canario and it has been our only dog since we gave away his sister at 3 months. we are bringing in my cousins Argentinian mastiff full grown 3 year old male. the mastiff had been involved in a defensive scruff " 1 time( it wasn't serious just a quick growl and snap), no dogs were hurt but my presa is 135 pounds of muscular dog and he can hold his own. they have briefly met once before and it went OK apart from high alertness and a few barks. they WILL live together whether they like it or not but i just keep them from fighting for the stay, about 1 month. my cousin left for vacation for mexico and there is no other place for the dog to stay, we WONT take him to a kennel and most of our family lives nowhere near us. they are both big, dominant dogs but idk if i should just leave them be because i think that since dogs are pack animals they should just establish whose boss. if you are not going to answer and tell me im a horrible person of say something about my cousin then go finger yourself, just because you like lapdogs and think bully breeds are bad doesnt mean everybody does.

Hel finding a good religion for me?

I was raised catholic, which I didn't enjoy. It wasn't very strict, bt anyhow. I am 14 and I don't go to church at all anymore. I am not a bad kid, I don't smoke or drink or anything like that. I just cut my finger, should I get a few stitches?

I work at a juice and drinks bar and work with alot of industrial juicing machines. I was closing up shop and was cleaning one of our metal fruit juicers when i accedentially cut my pinky on the blade. Its not inward towards the bone but more at a diagonal near the top, it didn't cut all the way through so it's a half cut off piece of skin that only bleeds when (mistakenly) reopened. The blade was already throughly cleaned with hot water so theres no risk of infection from that. thanks guys.

I have a sansa e260, but it is on the fritz. I would like to get a 4GB mp3 player (with a nice screen) that can hold music and video, a memory card, and is not easily damaged (I am not usually electronically friendly, I take it outside in the winter to listen as I do chores, and carry it in my purse, and accidentally got Dr.Pepper on this one, but that wont happen again...I hope...) so I need some good suggestions with pros and cons.
