Do I have Dry Socket?

I got my wisdom tooth taken out Friday morning. It was already grown out almost all the way and was not that bad to remove and no stitches. So, I drank through a few straws on Saturday and Monday. I noticed last night and today that the socket looked empty. Not sure if it is or that I can not make out the blood clot, but I am pretty sure its empty. Im not in any pain, maybe I get a a little twinge here and there. But I was wondering will I develop dry socket and be in horrible pain soon?? Or is it pretty much healed and the socket will close on its own?
