Twinges of pain while on period - girls?

i just started my second period and i'm starting to have twinges of pain down there. it's not cramps but at random moments when i'm sitting it will hurt suddenly and then go away a second later. it's not serious but i'm worried. btw i'm 13 and also have some soreness downstairs. anybody had this?
