Diet for a gastric ulcer...suggestions please?

Definitely cut out dairy. That makes it much worse. A lot of people with hidden gluten intolerance or celiac disease have ulcers as a symptom. That was the case with me. Bread could be making it worse if that's your problem. Pepto bismol is a big help because it helps with the symptoms and also helps heal it. Apples are pretty easy on your stomach. Most fruits are too. As as many plain vegetables. Let me know if you have any other questions.
