Madtv Question?

Hi I've been trying to remember the MADTV episode a while ago where one of the MADTV women cast members dressed as a crazy student who wants to talk to president bush on the golf course. I do know bobby lee was in it....one of the secret service members jumping on a giant pen (firework?) and squirrels attacking everyone at the end.. Its been bugging me lol so I'm hoping if anyone can pinpoint the episode -ty
