I need to get over my extreme phobia, but I don`t know if I should?

When i was 6 a dog charged me and chewed my foot, i fell to the floor and woke up in the ER. im not afraid pf dogs. There humans, but considered pets. Dont be afraid, they can smell fear, and see your no harm to them, nothing to be afraid of, be afraid of h1n1 or noroviruses idk. Not dogs. Seirously
