I have very sever menstrual cramps. Any suggestions please. Thanks.?

Tell your doctor about the severity of your menstrual cramps. I would suspect you have uterine fibroids. I had fibroids, horrid cramps, nausea, etc.. I used to take 3 Advil or Tylenol for the cramps and that would help--but it is not recommended since it can harm your liver. Your doctor may be able to prescribe something for your cramps.
