Any animal psychologists my dog needs help?

so i have two dogs one big husky he's so dosile and really sorta stupid but in a funny way and the other is a little ankle nipper he's small and very teritorial......we got the big one 1st so its not like jack the lil one is angry cos we got another dog but everytime we are sitting around the house and if someone gives ozzy (big) attention jack (small) goes upto him and sorta puts his face in ozzys as to say shut up or something like that if we continue to say ozzy come here jack will just go and run for him and strat bitting him and eventho ozzy is not aggressive he deffends himself and its gets crazy...i really dont no y they are like this cos they obv love eachother cos jack always falls asleep beside ozzy and snuggles upto him i just hate them fighting and i wouldnt even consider getting rid of either of them...sorry for the rant hope some of u can help thanks x
