Selling Avon Products?

I just recently became a Avon Rep and i am trying to get an order put in tonight before the dead line but i ran out of credit card authorization forms and i don't have enough money to put it all on my card. Is there any forms on the website or anywhere on the internet that i can go to to download a credit card authorization form? Please Help
