Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Question SPOILER WARNING?

Alright hands down the best book I've ever read. However it got kinda tiring reading about how many times Harry narrowly avoided death because we all knew there had to be a final showdown between him and Voldemort. I though that when Harry went into Snape's Pensive it was THE saddest thing I've read in all of these books. Also I have a question; Harry is a Horcrux and so is Nagini right? So that makes 8 and Harry didn't destroy Nagini did he? Btw don't say Nagini wasn't a Horcrux, it the book it tells how Harry would have to come get Voldemort and the snake and he would have to kill the snake first which Voldemort protected. So I dunno that part was kinda shady to me.
